We realize numbers are worthless without a reason or outcome behind them and our web analytics are totally focused on actionable outcomes. Therefore, we spend little time producing analytics reports for our clients listing items such as hits, visits, pageviews and the like. Instead, we study highly segmented clickstream to provide insight into changes we can make to improve conversions and build out new market offerings.
Conversion optimization is largely dependent upon testing, clickstream data, and user surveys. We practice this “three-legged stool” in deploying conversion services for our clients.
